its not about how to achieve your dreams. its about how to lead your life. life. If you lead your life the right way, the karma (destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you.

what i think this quote means is that in order for your dreams and life to be wonderfull you have to do the right thing. If you have been doing good alll your life and being good to yourself and telling your self anything is possible GOOD Karma will come and follow you and make all your dreams come true and a wonderfull life but you have to be doing good all the time.
