student success statement
its not about how to achieve your dreams. its about how to lead your life. life. If you lead your life the right way, the karma (destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you.
Dr. Randy Paush
what i think this quote means is that in order for your dreams and life to be wonderfull you have to do the right thing. If you have been doing good alll your life and being good to yourself and telling your self anything is possible GOOD Karma will come and follow you and make all your dreams come true and a wonderfull life but you have to be doing good all the time.

"Take responsibility
for your own  body, mind , and spirit for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well being."
Mr. Haymore
What this quote means is that you have to know what you are doing at all cost all the time. And if you did something wrong you have to know that you did it. The reason why is because you have the total control of your body. Before you do or cause something you have to know what you are doing. The reason why is because you might cause really bad things.this is why you have to think before you do things.By controlling your mind body and spirit you control everything that you do. You control what you think, what you say, what you do. When you control what you do you could build a good name. So when you control yourself you could make your success. When you are doing something bad your affecting your mind, body, and spirit.

The goal of truth education
"Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education"
martin luther king jr

what this quote means is that being smart is not enogh you have to choose the right everyday
Neonatologist
Duties and Responsibilities: Neonatologists are pediatricians who have received additional, specialized training in the care of infants. After completing the three-year residency required for all pediatricians, neonatologists go on to three more years in a neonatal fellowship, learning to care for distressed infants under the supervision of an experienced practitioner. As critical-care providers for these youngest patients, neonatologists bear a range of responsibilities for their diagnosis and treatment, as well as providing support for the parents and other physicians.
Salary: $236,503
Education: Students planning a career as a neonatologist must begin with an undergraduate education. A bachelor's degree in a subject such as biology or chemistry provides the science background necessary for admission to a medical school. Most medical schools do not require a bachelor's degree education in a particular discipline, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, but because competition for a spot in a medical school is stiff, most applicants complete a four-year program in science to improve their chances.

Reflection: I would like to be a Neonatologist because I would like to help the babies and watch them be healthy so they can grow up strong and have a normal childhood and life.

" We need the courage to start and continue what we should do , and stop what we shouldn't do."
Richard L. Evans
What this quote means is that you have to stop and think to your self whats right and whats wrong. If your friends ask you to come and smoke and you do not want too you should have the courage to stand up and say no because it is the right thing to do. An example of not CTR is breaking the rules and not following them and then gettting into truble.
Orthodontist
Duties and Responsibility: Orthodontics, a specialty within the dental profession, involves straightening teeth and correcting bites. As an orthodontist, you are responsible for locating problems with the positioning of patients' teeth and with their oral development. You might use x-rays or plaster molds of your patients' teeth to do this. You will then use dental appliances, such as braces, retainers and space maintainers, to correct these problems for the purpose of providing better function, appearance and facial development. You will also be responsible for planning custom treatment plans that are tailored to treat each individual patient based on his or her dental records and specific anomalies. You may also be in charge of supervising and instructing orthodontic technicians and assistants in performing routine proceed
Salary: $206,109
Education: Every school has their own specific admission requirements and most applicants will go through a similar process as applying for dental school.  Most orthodontist education and training programs require completion of dental school, National Board Dental Exam (NBDE) scores Part I, dental school transcripts, GRE score (for programs with graduate level courses), Curriculum Vitae, personal essay, and strong letters of recommendation. Some schools set minimum scores on the GPA and the GRE to be even considered. There are other factors that each school may use in determining candidates. Class rank and the dean’s evaluation are two that are used by many schools. TOEFL scores are also required for applicants whose native language is not English, mainly international students.  Most orthodontist schools participate in the American Dental Education Association‘s Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) which is a centralized postdoctoral application process where applicants can submit their material to one location and apply to multiple programs.

Reflection: I would like to be a Orthodontist because I think it would help me improve and learn more of how to take care of my teeth and also help others.

"When you tell one lie, it leads to another"
paul hatch
what i think this quote means is that when you tell a lieto someone else it doesnt mean you get away with it. if you keep telling a lie after another eventually you would run out of lies and get in trouble because of what you done but beacuse of all the lies you have told to people. A lie is a lie no matter how big no matter how small. If you tell one lie and keep telling more and more that one lie will just get so big
